## DRCI Return Conditions

To maintain the highest standards for the riding community, all returns are subject to strict inspection. Please ensure your return meets the following criteria before sending it back:

• Marketable & Undamaged Condition Only: We only accept items that are in 100% resaleable condition. The part must be uninstalled, unaltered, free of scratches or tool marks, and in its original, undamaged packaging. If a part shows signs of mounting or wear, a refund will be strictly denied.

• No Cash Refunds: DRCI does not offer cash or credit card refunds for change-of-mind or standard returns.

• Store Credit Only: Approved returns will be issued via Store Credit to your account, which you can use toward any future purchase or custom part upgrades.

• Case-by-Case Basis: Exceptional circumstances (such as a rare manufacturing defect or shipping error) will be evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis by our support team.

Notice: If a returned item arrives damaged, used, or without its original packaging, it will be rejected, and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs to have it sent back to them.
