## 1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence.

  • If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.

## 2. Product Pricing & Availability

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees or taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: While we strive for accuracy, inventory errors can happen. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within our processing window. You will be offered the choice of a replacement, waiting for a restock, or a full refund.

## 3. Orders, Dispatch & Delivery

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock limitations, inaccuracies in product information, or suspected fraud.

  • Processing Time: Approved orders will be dispatched within 3 business working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery Liability: Delivery dates provided are estimates. DRCI SDN BHD is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

## 4. Payments

  • We accept payments via Stripe (debit & credit cards) and bank transfer.

  • Payment must be cleared in full before we dispatch your order. If your payment method is declined, your order will be automatically cancelled.

## 5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Returns: Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
